Helikopter Air Transport GmbH was founded in 1982 and offers since then maintenance and service for helicopters. Due to geographical reasons, Austria has a broad system of rescue helicopter systems maintained by HeliAir. Because of strict regulations (e.g. EASA Part-145) in aviation, documentation has to be created and stored over a long period. Storing the documentation in paper was no longer an option due to time consuming searches and restricted storage capacity. Treskon implemented an Enterprise Content Management based on ELOprofessional. It implements a case-driven document management by using AWELOS into Dynamics NAV.
Technicians can now access the data while on the go – valueable time, unnecessary emissions and costs are saved by not having to travel back to the service hubs. Tasks like archiving or retrieving information are now done with a click of a mouse.
